Poster Guidelines

Posters may be installed beginning 13:00 on Sunday, September 20, 2026 in the Hume Room at the Hume Hotel.

Posters will remain on display throughout the conference and must be removed by 12:00 (noon) on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
- Any posters left on the boards, after noon on Wednesday will be discarded.

Poster boards will be numbered. Your poster board number is the same as your Indico abstract number.

Materials for mounting posters will be provided at the poster area.

Official poster presentation sessions will be held on Monday September 21, 2026 from 17:00 to 19:00 and Tuesday September 22, 2026 from 17:00 to 19:00 in the Hume Room at the Hume Hotel. Presenters are expected to be at their poster to answer questions from conference participants on both Monday and Tuesday evenings.

The date and time shown for your poster in the Indico timetable are used for timetable management only. They do not determine when your poster is displayed. All posters will remain on display from Sunday afternoon until 12:00 (noon) on Wednesday, September 23.
