1. Prestige Lakeside Resort Nelson
The symposum talks and conferance dinner will be held at the Prestige Lakeside Resort Nelson, 701 Lakeside Drive, Nelson BC Canada, which is located on Kootenay lake waterfront.
70 Standard Rooms (36 cityview and 34 lakeview) are being held for this conferance. Attendees have until July 22nd 2026 to book from the block rooms on hold at the Conference Rate. 2. Hume Hotel
The poster sessions will be held at the Hume Hotel, approximately four blocks away from the Prestige Lakeside Resort - Nelson. The Hume Hotel can be booked here.
The Hume is first come first serve, and attendees can call and book their room and receive the discounted (10%) rate. Attendees must call the hotel directly at (+1) 250-352-5331 and let the agents know they are attending "NIBS2026".
