The NIBS 2026 Local Organizing Committee invite you to sponsor and/or be an exhibitor at the 10th International symposium on Negative Ions, Beams and Sources. There are a range of opportunities, sponsorship levels, activities, and benefits available for you to profile your organization at the event.
The NIBS Symposium attracts between 100 - 130 researchers, administrators and students from across the world. This is an excellent opportunity to connect with leaders in the ion source world and to update them on your latest developments and products. The exhibition booths will be available from Sunday, September 20-25 2026.

It is recomended that sponsors and exhibitors book prior to April 30th 2026 to guarantee the full suite of promotional materials/activities will be available to them.
There will be three tiers for sponsorship opportunities: Gold, Silver and Bronze.
1) Gold Sponsorship/Exhibitorship: $5000+ CAD
- Declared Sponsorship of one of the following: (i) Welcome Reception, (ii) Conference Dinner, (iii) Conference Poster Sessions
